Technical introduction: Thermoelectric refrigeration device (TEC), also known as thermoelectric refrigeration module or thermoelectric refrigeration chip, is usually composed of many pairs of p, n type semiconductor couple arms in series or in parallel. When a low-voltage direct current is connected, the heat will be transferred from one end of the thermoelectric refrigeration device to the other, resulting in one side of the device cooling (cold side) and the other side heating (hot side). When the direction of current changes, heat will be transferred in the opposite direction. Therefore, TEC can be applied to specific occasions requiring refrigeration or heating.
热电制冷器件(TEC),也称热电制冷模块或热电制冷芯片,通常是由许多对p、n型半导体电偶臂串联或者并联组成。当接入一个低压直流电,热量将从热电制冷器件的一端转移到另一端,导致器件的一面降温(冷面),另一面升温(热面)。当电流方向改变时,会使热量向相反方向转移。因此TEC可应用于需要制冷或加热的特定场合。
